I'm working on a project that requires a definitive and up-to-date list of Americans killed or injured by Palestinian terrorists. I found this Republican Study Committee document that covers September 1993 - December 2003, so all I need now is a record of the last three years. Noel Jr., U.S. diplomat George C. Moore, and a Belgian colleague....On Jan. 1, 1977, gunmen reportedly part of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, another P.L.O. faction, kidnapped and murdered U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon Frances E. Meloy and U.S. diplomat Robert O. Waring in Beirut.

UPDATE III - Off the top of my head I can add Daniel Wultz, 16, and his father, Tuly, both of Weston Florida, who were injured in a suicide bombing at the entrance to a Tel Aviv restaurant, April 17, 2006. Daniel died from his wounds May 14, 2006.
UPDATE IV - Tiferet Tratner, said to have dual Israeli-American citizenship, was killed when a mortar shell smashed into her home in Neve Dekalim in Gaza (before it was Jew-Free), September 24, 2004.
UPDATE V - November 16, 2006 - B"H, I just found this newer list, also from the RSC, that goes to May 2006. Whoops.... nothing new, I don't think.... I'll have to check carefully.
