UPDATE: See also CAMERA via Daled Amos:

On March 3, 1973, “Black September Organization” gunmen acting for Yasir Arafat's Fatah faction of the Palestine Liberation Organization kidnapped and later murdered U.S. Ambassador to Sudan Cleo A. Noel Jr., U.S. diplomat George C. Moore, and a Belgian colleague....

On Jan. 1, 1977, gunmen reportedly part of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, another P.L.O. faction, kidnapped and murdered U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon Frances E. Meloy and U.S. diplomat Robert O. Waring in Beirut.

UPDATE II - from (an incomplete) list at the State Department's Rewards for Justice Program:

18 May 2003 - Suicide bombing of a bus in Jerusalem
Injured: Steven Averbach
The site is offering a reward of "up to $5 million"
for information leading to the arrest or conviction of those terrorists responsible for the killing or wounding of the following American citizens in terrorist attacks since September, 1993....

If anyone thinks that they, or a deceased family member, are eligible to be listed as a victim in the RFJ program, they should call the State Department's Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs at (202) 647-3672.

UPDATE III - Off the top of my head I can add Daniel Wultz, 16, and his father, Tuly, both of Weston Florida, who were injured in a suicide bombing at the entrance to a Tel Aviv restaurant, April 17, 2006. Daniel died from his wounds May 14, 2006.

UPDATE IV - Tiferet Tratner, said to have dual Israeli-American citizenship, was killed when a mortar shell smashed into her home in Neve Dekalim in Gaza (before it was Jew-Free), September 24, 2004.

UPDATE V - November 16, 2006 - B"H, I just found this newer list, also from the RSC, that goes to May 2006. Whoops.... nothing new, I don't think.... I'll have to check carefully.

Comments

I am the Sbarro victim, Malki Roth's mother. Could you please tell us what use you will be making of her name?
Thanks for listing my son Yosef. He is now married and feeling fine. What about Chezi Goldberg who was killed in a bus bombing in Rechavia? His wife, Shifra Goldberg, lives in Beitar. Also, did you mention Noam Rosenman of Jerusalem, son of Elana Rosenman, who was in jured on Ben Yehuda St.? And also daughter of Devira Rubin of Har Nof was injured on Ben Yehuda. Sincerely: Shoshana Lepon
Dear readers, I have answered both of the comments above by private email. I'm not keeping the "project" secret, it's just that I don't want to say I'm going to do something until I'm certain it won't fall through. What I can tell you is that this list will be used to bring attention to the fact that Palestinian terrorists have murdered hundreds of Americans with impunity. In many cases, the response of our government - the State Dept. and FBI - have not met the expectations of the families. The more help I get with the list, the sooner we can move on to the next phase.
