Throw the bum out! Jay Rockefeller

The Husband and I are suppposedly "represented" in the Senate by Robert Byrd and Jay Rockefeller. Check this out, from this morning's edition of the local liberal newspaper.

Rockefeller believes McCain has become insensitive to many human issues. "McCain was a fighter pilot, who dropped laser-guided missiles from 35,000 feet. He was long gone when they hit.

"What happened when they [the missiles] get to the ground? He doesn't know. You have to care about the lives of people. McCain never gets into those issues."

Did you get that? To serve our country in the military is "insensitive." Rockefeller is such a disgrace. And not just to my state, but to the whole country. And btw, he just happens to chair the U.S. Senate Select Committee on INTELLIGENCE. They hold hearings on "Current and Projected National Security Threats" ... and things like that.

I'm a Beckley native who moved out-of-state in 1977, and Rockefeller even embarrasses me. But not as much as that doddering old fool, Robert Byrd. I suppose he'll stay in the Senate until everything in the state is named after him.
"You have to care about the lives of people." Yeah, like a Rockefeller ever cared about the lives of people - past their vote, I mean.
Didn't I hear that Jay was drafted in 1962 but couldn't pass the IQ test?
You're Quoted on American Thinker! Awesome.
