I quoted it directly, the way it came to me. Perhaps the double-r was a maneuver to keep it from coming up in google searches for BHO. Or maybe someone just misspelled it, or got it confused with the double-s in Hussein. Or there could be something "fishy" going on that should be reported to the White House. You decide.
