Breaking News! The Husband will run for Representative of the 54th Congressional District of West Virginia

This is very exciting, folks.  We just found out - from WestVirginiaWatchdog.org - that there are not just three congressional districts in our state, there are EIGHT!

 

The Husband has chosen to run in the 54th District because the $1 million federal stimulus received there created only three jobs.  You could pick any name out of the phonebook and that person could do better with a million dollars.  He's a shoe-in!

Now all we have to do is find out if there are any residency requirements... and who else is running.  Stay tuned for instructions on how to donate to his campaign!

P.S. These "new" districts can be found in all 50 states so don't just sit there, get involved!  Run For Office!

In my state of Iowa, stimulus spending of $1,506,809,417 has saved or created 5,323 jobs. That equates to $283,531.16 per job. Wish I could get one of those jobs, but I don't belong to SEIU.
