In fact, I've had company and have been busy with Pesach. And then there was that awful virus that almost killed my computer. In truth, however, what is there to say?
The Mountaineers lost last night, so sports is definitely out.
Should we talk about Stephen Walt's post, "On Dual Loyalty" ? Ew no.
The war of the roses? Too sad for words.
Shall I blog Hussein Obama's pathetic "passover greeting"? with the photo of his not wearing a kippah at "seder"? Shall I compare his stingy treatment of Pesach to his Nowruz message last month? No can do -- I just can't decide whether to link to the English, Arabic or Persian version. Yiddish and Hebrew? Surely you jest.
Maybe I should tell you about the emails I've been getting from the White House. David Axelrod is tickled pink about the latest stats from the Labor Department; he sez 162,000 jobs were created in March. Great, huh? Unless you realize that fully a third of them were temporary government jobs related to the census... and oh yeah: we need 400,000 new jobs per month simply to keep up with population growth. Somebody tell the Court Jew.
So what's a blogger to do? Boker tov - Nearly 61 million Americans are dependent on government for their daily housing, food and healthcare? Nah, let's skip it.
On a positive note, I am looking forward to Hussein Obama's wifelet taking her campaign against obesity to the Misc. Arabs in the Disputed Terror-tories and Hamastan :)
And this is good news. I guess. Sort of. Though I had to laugh when I read that "Conservative fringe groups on the mainland have bombarded the Health Department with requests for Obama's birth certificate..." In an earlier report, it was disclosed that the Hawaii Health Dept. gets 10-20 emails a week.
So, you see? BtB is pretty much on Empty. All I have left for you is this Haley Barbour quote from a week ago:
I do not believe the United States government has a right, it has the authority or power to force us to purchase health insurance any more than, in the name of homeland security, they can force every American to have to buy a gun.
You have to admit, it beats the new motto of the Democrats.
