Does Dhimmedia really think it can kasher a pig?

According to Muslim Brotherhood operative Mohamed Akram, their objective is to transform pluralistic societies into Islamic states, sweeping away Western notions of legal equality, freedom of conscience,  freedom of religion and freedom of speech.

Don't forget their (1991)  "Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America" [pdf].  The English translation starts halfway through the document, beginning on page 16 (handwritten in the lower right corner).

And remember this, too:  Just a year ago, Janet Napolitano and senior staff met in Washington with three organizations directly associated with the Muslim Brotherhood. She spent an hour and a half briefing them on Department of Homeland Security counter-radicalization and anti-terrorist programs. 

Go figure.

To my mind, the current Egyptian "revolution" bears all too much similarity to the Iranian revolution -- only back then evil was more easily recognized.  Even by dhimmedia.

Let me add one more item to your recommended reading list: Karin McQuillan has a superb post in this morning's "American Thinker" blog, titled "Why We Should Fear the Muslim Brothers." It details the many links between the MB and the Nazis -- making it plain that the MB is a child of the National Socialist party just as much as Al Qaeda is the child of the MB. The love affair between the American Left and the MB is not at all surprising. The Left was equally infatuated with Nazis in the 1930s, during the period of the Nazi-Soviet pact -- when American Commies worked overtime to convince their fellow citizens that Hitler wasn't really such a bad guy after all. The Left craves one thing and one thing only: power. It has always been -- and always will be -- attracted to any group that seems within grasp of power. Since the MB now appears to be in the ascendant, the Left finds the MB irresistible. (I was going to write that the Left and the MB are birds of a feather who -- as the proverb tells us -- flock together, but that, Yael, would spoil the pig metaphor in your headline. On the other hand, if pigs really can fly, then we can say that all these guys are pigs flocking together. As is always the case with pigs, the stench is unendurable).
