Love it! I'm not really up on my Beatles, so I checked the lyrics while listening to this version; sounds like they changed them a lot in Hebrew, so I'm curious what they mean. Are you aware of a translation somewhere?

Lu Yehi was written by Naomi Shemer during the Yom Kippur war and has become a symbol of war. The lyrics are not the same as the Beatles song, but i suppose the idea is...maybe? You can find the english here: http://www.hebrewsongs.com/?songID=176 The Hebrew here: http://www.shiron.net/artist?type=lyrics&lang=1&prfid=4608&wrkid=1895 and a really interesting hebrew wiki artical about it here: http://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%9C%D7%95_%D7%99%D7%94%D7%99 I hope that helps! ~ Youngest Yidlet
