Socialism is the ideology that dares not speak its name. That Obama is a socialist is as certain as that a circle is round. Yet he never utters the word. Never. Instead, he masquerades as a small-government guy, which is as preposterous as a circle masquerading as a three-sided polygon. The Left can survive in only one way: by denying the essence of its own being.

Well, what do you expect him to do, given the shocking run-up of prices of unregulated arugula under his predecessor? Leave it to the private economy? Let all the profits stay with Big Arugula? Just stand there sipping a Slurpee?

Elan -- You may have given Obama something he desperately needs -- a winning campaign slogan. "Forward" hasn't done a thing to energize the troops, but I think "STAMP OUT BIG ARUGULA" might be just what's needed to get all those Lefties out there storming the barricades. But I do have one question: What do you have against all us Slurpee sippers?
