Mirror, mirror, on the wall, Who's the most racist of all?

25% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president. Forty-three percent (43%) Strongly Disapprove, giving him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -18.

 

 

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows Mitt Romney attracting 47% of the vote, while President Obama earns support from 44%. Five percent (5%) prefer some other candidate, and four percent (4%) are undecided.

The president’s support has stayed between 43% and 45% for ten straight days. During that stretch, Romney’s support has been between 46% and 49% every day. 

Romney has a 20-point advantage among white voters.

Obama is supported by 91% of black voters and 57% of other minority voters.

 

In other words, Obama has four times the advantage with blacks that Romney has with whites. So who's racist?

The Obama campaign seems to be having a hard time making up its mind: Do they win more votes by calling Romney "racist" or by calling him "gaffe-prone"? Should they depict him as someone filled with hate for everyone whose skin isn't white, or should they depict him as someone who's too stupid to avoid blurting out the truth. That's why Romney's visit to Jerusalem has the campaign -- and the media -- giddy with glee: His references to Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to culture as a factor in a nation's development were two two-fers: they enable the Dims and their crowd of flacks to say that Romney's not just a racist, and not just gaffe-prone, but the most despicable thing any human can be -- a gaffe-prone racist! And that's pretty much how the MSM is reporting Romney's trip -- as conclusive proof that the man is both a hopeless stumblebum and a vicious hater who urgently needs a lesson in multiculturalism. The paradox here is that the people filling the airwaves and the internet with this claptrap are people who -- if they want to see a real stumblebum/hater -- need only look in the mirror.
