Americans' confidence in television news is at a new low ... with 21% of adults expressing a great deal or quite a lot of confidence in it. This marks a decline from 27% last year and from 46% when Gallup started tracking confidence in television news in 1993.

A classic video -- and a lesson for all conservatives on how to handle the tendentious twerps who pass themselves off as "reporters": (1) Nail their lies the instant they're uttered; (2) throw them off balance by swamping them with facts that refute their lies: (3) laugh at -- don't argue with -- them. The whole idea is to put them on the defensive quickly -- and keep them there. I've never seen the technique handled better than by Sununu.
