Must be an awfully long briefing. Which sorta makes me wonder: If a "briefing" lasts all day, is it still a briefing, or should it be called a "longing" ... or a "protracting" ... or maybe a "marathoning"? And at what point does a briefing turn into a longing? Should an eight-hour briefing still be called a briefing? These are serious metaphyscial questions, well worth pondering. Maybe that's what our pensive president is doing today: pondering metaphysical questions.

Actually, the word that needs revising is "Daily." Since June 12, Obama has had the "Daily Presidential Briefing" a total of 8 times, according to the daily schedules published on the White House website.
