2009: Obama travels to Cairo to deliver apologetic speech to Muslims, and infuriates the Mubarak regime by inviting banned Brotherhood leaders to attend. Obama deliberately snubs Mubarak, who was neither present nor mentioned. He also snubs Israel during the Mideast trip.

Back in June 2010, Israel Matzav quoted the statements of Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit on Nile-TV (by way of BtB Archives):

Abdul Gheit said he had a one-on-one meeting with Obama, where the US President told him that He was still a Muslim, the son of a Muslim father, the step son of Muslim stepfather, that his half brothers in Kenya are Muslims, and that he was sympathetic towards the Muslim agenda.

Adul Gheit claimed Obama told the Arabs to show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic issues, like the Health care reform, he would show the Muslim World how to deal with Israel.

Had this been more widely known at the time, we might have recognized the pattern when, two years later, Obama spoke similarly to Medvedev.

His Eloquence tells The Bad Guys, "Just wait..." but turns around and tells the American people "We Can't Wait."  Do his words matter? And what's more, can they be trusted?

It would be an interesting exercise to add up all the words spoken in public by Obama since he became president -- although I suspect no computer in the world is powerful enough to compute numbers that big. Let's just say he has spoken -- at the very least -- a googolplex of words, and that, of all of them, the only ones that can be trusted were in the now infamous "you didn't build that" passage at Roanoke. Those were the only honest words we've ever heard from this astonishingly devious Machiavellian. Abul Gheit is probably a pretty fair liar himself, but his words ring true for one reason: they fit everything we know about Obama's behavior toward Israel and toward the Muslim world.
