Allen West Rebukes and Instructs the Media

 

What a shame we have only one Allen West. We need hundreds more like him in the House and Senate -- and while we're dreaming, I hope one day to see someone of his stature and clarity in the Oval Office.

This is a scintillating video. I don't know many politicians on the scene today who could -- in a mere four minutes -- give such a knowledgeable and comprehensive lesson in modern political history ... and do it without stumbling over a single word or even pausing to regroup. Allen West is a younger version of Thomas Sowell; both men have an uncanny ability to present complex ideas with iridescent clarity. I, too, would love to see him in the Oval Office. What I wonder is: Could a man this honest, this direct, and this forceful be elected to the presidency in today's America?
