Maybe this doesn't matter any more than O'Bama's Irish roots --

"My name is Barack Obama, of the Moneygall Obamas, and I've come home to find the apostrophe we lost somewhere along the way," he said.

 

-- but it certainly doesn't reassure the person who is watching anti-American chaos unfold in the Middle East yet again, and worrying about where all this will lead.
