When Ambassador Rice declared on a Sunday morning new show, "There's space and time," twas conscious effort to display standard cryptic diplomatic-speak that barely suppressed the Ambassador from blurting "just-you-wait-and-see", hinting at Iranian 'capitulation' before Election Day, i.,e, October Surprise.
