After this week's debate, [Chris] Matthews was splenetic over the fact that Romney had told Obama: "You'll get your chance" to speak. Matthews wailed, "I don't think [Romney] understands the Constitution of the United States. He's the president of the United States. You don't say, 'you'll get your chance.'"
Right, because that's totally in the Constitution.
