The headline at the Weekly Standard says this MSNBC panel of undecided voters was "swayed by Romney," but the reporter/moderator doesn't seem to think so.

Years ago, Joan Rivers cracked -- about a Hollywood babe who wasn't very bright -- "She does not understand the concept of Roman numerals. She thought we just fought World War Eleven." The focus group consisted of four votes for Romney, two for Obama, and two undecided -- yet the moderator called it a "draw." This guy does not understand the concept of numbers, period.
