I couldn't understand it back in 2008 when I saw Obama supporters crying at his election and inauguration... but I do now. This election means as much to me now as that did to them then. Maybe left and right are not quite so different from one another after all; we all want just want to feel HOPE for the future.

I also like the Biblical injunction: when the prince can't do the job, you gotta let him go. We have survived bad princes before, and will survive this one too, whether he leaves sooner or later. But I share your hope about tomorrow's election, and we cannot ask for more than that the decision is in our own hands.
