The next time any announcement is made about construction permits - such as the 4,200 apartments coming to Ramat Shlomo and Givat Hamatos - it should be prefaced with the following phrases, sure to please the Obama regime:

knowing that "there is more we need to do,"
we have decided to build... [fill in the blank] ...
