Ehud Barak on plans for "surgical" strike ... by the United States

Shocker No. 3 this morning:

The United States has prepared plans for a "surgical" military operation to delay Iran's nuclear program in the event that diplomatic efforts to thwart Tehran's drive for nuclear weapons capability fail, Defense Minister Ehud Barak said in an interview with The Daily Beast [at Davos] on Friday.

I don't know what to make of any of this, but the "matzav" (situation) sure has gotten Very Intriguing all of a sudden. Read on down the page, and you'll see what I mean.
