least of all the Washington Post:
The office of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) digitally added several female members to a photograph intended to include all of the women in the House Democratic Caucus....
When asked about the doctored photo, which was posted on Pelosi’s Facebook and Flickr pages, the Democratic leader defended the decision:
“It’s an accurate historical record of who the Democratic women of Congress are...."
Chances are that WaPo writer Sean Sullivan is not old enough to remember Stalin. And more's the pity, because were government officials to start deleting rather than adding people, it might be too late for him to learn.
And another: Lenin addresses the troops, May 5, 1920.
Above, Trotsky is seen in the foreground with Lev Kamenev.
The photo was later altered and both men were removed -- first by official censors...
... and then by murderers:
Leon Trotsky became an enemy of the State and was erased from Soviet history ... expelled from the Communist Party, deported from the Soviet Union in the Great Purge, and eventually assassinated.
I'm not saying that Nancy Pelosi - or any other Obama puppet - is about to "rub out" the opposition. I'm just saying our Government should immediately cease and desist any and all alterations to official photographic documentation of historic events... because there's truth, and then there's Pravda, and we very much need to know the difference.
