It used to be that Democrats wanted to get away from their infamous reputation for raising taxes and over-spending, but no more. Obama openly says he wants more money from the diminished number of earners in the labor force, to redistribute it as he sees fit.
All I can say is, to hell with that! We were already alarmed by his unsustainable spending habits back in April 2009 when we held one of the early Tea Party protests. On that Tax Day (April 15th), nearly four years ago, the National Publicly Held Debt was
$11,218,863,034,278.70.
Today it is
$16,433,791,850,294.04
