A bleeding Jewish teenager receives first aid after he was injured in the face in Jerusalem's Old city June 6, 2005. Israeli police faced off against Palestinians throwing rocks at Jews outside Jerusalem's al-Aqsa mosque on Monday during Israel's annual celebration of its capture of all of Arab East Jerusalem 38 years ago. So, what happened? Depends on who you ask.

Two things bother me; one is old and the other is new. When Israel does something, the headlines say Israel did it, but when Arabs do something, the headlines are less specific, e.g. a "confrontation erupts." Another version of this is that they put the Israeli response first, as at the BBC:
Israeli police have stormed the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, using stun grenades to disperse Palestinians who threw stones at police and Jewish visitors. The new thing I see happening is that the Temple Mount is increasingly described only as the al aqsa mosque, or "Jerusalem shrine" or worst of all, a "disputed Jerusalem site."
It's a cliche, but all I can think is "use it or lose it."
