Here in West Virginia, the governor just took a 58 % raise but I don't think that's federal money, just typical "down home" corruption. A couple of million in federal "Stimulus" funds are being used, though, to purchase and install a retractable awning over a concrete amphitheatre on the riverbank. It will stimulate that one company, and while I haven't checked yet, I expect to find that they're located in another state -- or if located here, a major contributor to the governor's re-election.
