Would Sterilizing Sandra Fluke Save Taxpayer Money?

First of all I'm not suggesting that government begin enforcing sterilization (although if it should, I wouldn't object to Fluke being first in line), but the Left needs to realize that this is the sort of question that lies just beyond the door they have opened, with their "war on women" bullsh-t.

If government facilitates your healthcare - including your reproduction - some faceless bean-counter of a bureaucrat is going to decide what is "cost-effective" and what is not, you and your family and your doctor be damned. Hullo?  Is that so hard to understand?

Moreover, the Left needs to consider the possibility that the power they are giving the Obama administration will conceivably (pardon the pun) be handed over to folks with whom they profoundly disagree, someone whose views are more in line with - oh horrors! - a Sarah Palin or a Rush Limbaugh. Their guy, whom I happen to consider both a fraud and a wannabe-tyrant, might not always sit in the Oval Office. But the powers they have vested in him surely could.

What the Right needs to learn is not necessarily to bring a gun to a knife fight, but to at least fight fire with fire. And that, we do seem to be learning.  Thus Sandra Fluke may rue the day she agreed to be a tool for Nancy Pelosi.

Sandra the Sponger -- or maybe Sandra the Shnorrer -- is about to replace Minnie the Moocher as the poster "child" for the Deadbeat Society -- which is what America has turned into. The land of the free and the home of the brave has become the land of the cadger and the home of the freeloader. Thanks for letting me know that Sandra is now traipsing through sunny Socialist Europe. She should feel right at home there. Maybe she'll have time to stop over in Portugal -- the panhandlers' playground -- and see for herself how a society of scroungers can turn into a flukin' hellhole.
