Later I heard him issue the usual platitudes about Israel's security AND/BUT then he repeatedly referred to "The Occupation" ... and he wasn't talking about the Arabs in east Jerusalem.
I have a full plate on the homefront right now so I'm not going to delve into all aspects of the speech. I would simply note, as others have, that it included a pronouncement that the "world is more stable than it was five years ago."
