D is also for Desperate -- which I believe (after listening to his press conference this morning) is what out Glorious Leader has become. What -- other than desperation -- could possibly explain his incredible display, before the entire White House press corps, of verbal incontinence, his never-ending effusion of words, words, words, all intended, no doubt, to cover up one simple truth: that his lies about Obamacare have -- despite his suggested "fix" -- effectively ended his presidency. He is not a lame duck -- he is a maimed and mutilated duck -- and he knows it. All that is left for him now is to keep the torrent of words washing over all of us -- in the sad hope that the American people, drowning in prolixity, will forget what a dreadful (D is also for Dreadful) president he has been.
The word "degenerate" also comes to mind. de·gen·er·ate; adjective; 1. having lost the physical, mental, or moral qualities considered normal and desirable; showing evidence of decline.
